Estelle grew up on Lake Constance and completed an apprenticeship in the steel industry. Her apprenticeship was followed by an internship in a fitness centre, where she still works today.
Our talented linguist supports company founders fluently in German, English and French. She is also in the process of learning Japanese and is completing her school-leaving certificate in English.
Jelena Aloi
Customer Care
Jelena completed a commercial apprenticeship at a production company in Flums. After several years of professional experience, she now works for us as a Customer Care employee, where she is responsible for processing company start-ups and all administrative tasks.
Tobias Müller
Legal advisor
Tobias attended grammar school in Appenzell. He then completed his studies in Lucerne with a Master of Law. He then took up a traineeship as a lawyer in St. Gallen, where he also gained his first experience of setting up a company. Today, he is responsible for setting up companies and advising founders.
Vincent Bötschi
Legal advisor
After graduating from the cantonal school in Trogen/AR, Vincent began his bilingual law studies at the University of Fribourg, which he completed with a Master’s degree.
With us, he advises founders in German and French.
Walter Regli
Co-Founder
Walter attended grammar school in Appenzell. He then studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), specialising in SMEs, before graduating with an M.A. in law. Walter Regli has been working in the start-up sector since 2006 and has already accompanied thousands of new entrepreneurs on their way to independence. As co-founder of Fasoon AG, Walter is responsible for the correct procedure of company formations and for advising founders on legal matters.
Sascha Trüeb
Co-Founder
Sascha attended the cantonal school in Wattwil/SG and then trained as a fiduciary with a federal certificate and certified fiduciary expert and was authorised as an audit expert by the audit supervisory authority.
Sascha has been working in the fiduciary sector since 2004 and has helped thousands of young entrepreneurs become self-employed in this role. In 2016, he founded the start-up portal Fasoon together with Walter Regli and Damian Thurnheer. He is responsible for smooth accounting processes and supports young entrepreneurs in matters relating to accounting, taxes, VAT, social insurance, etc.
Damian Thurnheer
Co-Founder
During and after his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, Damian worked in Sales Operations at IBM. He then completed a Master’s degree in Business Innovation at the HSG. During this time, he came into contact with the start-up scene and worked in this field for six years. Among other things, he worked in the areas of market development, business plan consulting, project management for online projects and online marketing.
As co-founder of Fasoon Damian is responsible for the internal systems, the website and online marketing. He supports young entrepreneurs with questions about internal organisation and the use of the right technology.
Katja Bleibler
Content-Creator and Social Media
After graduating from the cantonal school in Wetzikon/ZH, Katja studied German and theatre studies at the University of Bern. Since 2021, she has been studying to become a multimedia producer at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden.
She is responsible for digital content and social media with a focus on TikTok.
Raphael Imhof
Head of Marketing
After graduating from high school in Vaduz/FL, Raphael studied marketing in Bern and St. Gallen. After holding various positions as a marketing manager from SMEs to large companies, he now works as a freelance marketing and communications consultant, specialising in marketing as a service. He is also a former banker, property developer and has repeatedly been involved in start-ups himself. He takes care of all marketing matters for Fasoon.
Ruth Metzler-Arnold
Advisor
Former Federal Councillor Ruth Metzler-Arnold is Chairwoman and member of several boards of directors and foundation boards. She was a member of the government of the Canton of Appenzell I.Rh. (Department of Finance) from 1996 to 1999, Federal Councillor (Minister of Justice and Police) of Switzerland from 1999 to 2003 and Vice-President of the Federal Council in 2003. A lawyer and qualified chartered accountant, she has lived in Appenzell since 1991 and also spent several years in Bern, Paris and Basel.
Ruth Metzler-Arnold supports Fasoon as an advisor on business development and strategic issues. She has a wide range of experience in communication and liaising with authorities and regulators and has an excellent network in business and politics.
