Walter studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), specializing in SMEs, and then went on to complete an MA in law. He has been involved in the start-up scene since 2006 and has already helped thousands of new entrepreneurs on their way to starting their own businesses.
At Fasoon, Walter is responsible for the partner network.

Sascha is a fiduciary with a federal certificate, a certified fiduciary expert, and a licensed audit expert.

Sascha has been working in the fiduciary sector since 2004 and has helped thousands of young entrepreneurs become self-employed. In 2016, he founded Fasoon together with Walter and Damian. He is responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day business and accounting.

Besarta has over ten years of experience as a customer advisor at Swiss Post and successfully completed her studies in business administration in 2024.

With her expertise in customer consulting and her business management knowledge, she supports our team in optimizing business processes and providing strategic advice to company founders and companies.

Jelena completed a commercial apprenticeship at a production company in Flums. After several years of professional experience, she now works for us as a Customer Care employee, where she is responsible for processing company start-ups and all administrative tasks.

After graduating from the cantonal school in Trogen/AR, Vincent began his bilingual law studies at the University of Fribourg, which he completed with a Master’s degree.

With us, he advises founders in German and French.

Dominic studied business management with a focus on entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he already gained experience in the start-up sector as a co-founder.

Today, he is responsible for founding companies and advising founders.

After holding various positions as marketing manager at companies ranging from SMEs to large corporations, Raphael now works as an independent consultant advising companies on marketing and communication, with a focus on marketing as a service. He is also a former banker and real estate developer and is regularly involved in startups.

At Fasoon, he is responsible for all aspects of marketing.

After graduating from the cantonal school in Wetzikon/ZH, Katja studied German and theatre studies at the University of Bern. Since 2021, she has been studying to become a multimedia producer at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden.

She is responsible for digital content and social media with a focus on TikTok.
