How the formation as a fiduciary works<\/h2>\n

1. Select the legal form<\/h3>\n

Select the legal form that your client wishes to establish. You also are able to select a foundation with contribution in kind. Then click on “Founding” to start the foundation process.<\/p>\n

The first step is to capture yourself. Please enter a telephone number and email address where you can best be reached during the day. If questions come up during the foundation process, we always contact the person listed here.<\/p>\n

3. Enter information on the formation<\/h3>\n

Enter all the information about the foundation. In the step “Persons” you can enter the persons involved in the foundation. Click on “Enter new person” to enter a founder. You can also enter a company that has an interest in the new company – click on “Add company” and enter the relevant data.<\/p>\n

After data collection, please send us a copy of the founders’ identity card to info@fasoon.ch.<\/p>\n

After you have entered all information, you will receive an overview of the order again. Please check the information again for correctness. <\/p>\n

Fiduciary formation with clarifications (CHF 490.-)<\/strong><\/p>\n

This includes the foundation with all clarifications according to our scope of services<\/a>: We check whether the company name works in this way, or whether problems may arise due to protected trademarks. We check the purpose of the company and make a new proposal if necessary. <\/p>\n

Fiduciary formation without clarification (CHF 390.-)<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a fiduciary you have already made all the clarifications regarding the formation of a company for your client and you only need the actual formation? In this case, we will draw up all founding documents for you, including the articles of association, and carry out the public certification at the notary.<\/p>\n
